Participant
New Contact Relationship Type: Child Representative
We've added a new relationship type for Child Representative, which is a defined relationship type under the NDIS. Use this new type where required to assist in defining the relationships between a Contact and a Participant. If the Child Representative requires more than one relationship type, we would advise that you navigate to the participant's Directory and add a seperate contact for the same person so you can assign the defined relationships separately - which is important when using tags available in your document templates.

Associated Organisation Now Shown For Contacts Within Current Service Providers
During Implementation setup, if a contact is selected instead of an organisation, their associated organisation will now appear beneath the contact’s name in the Current Service Providers section of the participant’s Directory. This added clarity helps users quickly see the organisation linked to each contact.

Fixed: NDIS Number Bug When Updating Duplicate Profiles
We’ve fixed a bug that caused some users to see the ‘NDIS number is already taken’ message when updating a duplicate participant profile. If you ever encounter a similar issue, just click ‘Support’ at the top of your Astalty page and select ‘Report a Bug’ — it’s the quickest way to let us know.

Forms
Enhanced Form Functionality For Manager And Team Member Users
Manager and team member users can now to 'fill out a form' and 'request form submission' from the Forms menu within a Participants Profile. This will provide your organisation greater flexibility in how and who can gather participant data that supports service delivery.
Risks
Risk reviews your way — now with quarterly and six-monthly options
We’ve expanded the flexibility of our risk management tool by adding two new review frequency options — quarterly and six-monthly. This means you’re no longer limited to just monthly or annual reviews. Whether you want to keep a closer eye on high-priority risks every three months or strike a balance with half-yearly check-ins, you now have more control to match your review schedule to the nature and urgency of each risk. More options mean a more tailored, efficient, and responsive risk management process.
