Xero integration Text

We have now improved the experience of the Xero integration. You will now receive a prompt with the following message if you have exceeded the limit of invoices within your Xero subscription

'You have reached the limit of invoices you can approve.'

This is only relevant to our users on the Ignite Xero subscription.

Participant Export Updates

Within the Participant Export we have now added a column to include the check in status of the participant.

Employment End Date Prompt

You will now receive a prompt when deactivating a user account to add a employment end date to this users account.

Staff Milestones Notifications

We have now added the Staff Milestones Notification where you can add certain notification for Staff milestones and anniversaries. You can find out more about this in our user guide article here.

Participants Birthday and Plan Expiry Calendar Views

We have added a Participants Birthday and Plan Expiry calendar views to the Astalty Calendar functionality. You can toggle this under the 'Other Calendar' Option within the calendar menu.
