Funding Periods

The plan end date field is now editable for NDIS plans that have a service with a funding period assigned. This was previously locked once a service with a funding period was created, offering more control over funding adjustments.

Funding Periods

The plan end date field is now editable for NDIS plans that have a service with a funding period assigned. This was previously locked once a service with a funding period was created, offering more control over funding adjustments.

Billable Charges Report

A new Claim Type filter has been added, allowing users to refine report results based on the type of claim submitted. This will assist with the upcoming NDIA price guide line item changes.

Note Templates

Added a new Note Template Usage Type for Participant Alerts, enhancing the alert functionality.

NDIA Templates

A new Conflict of Interest Declaration template has been added to the NDIA Templates!

Participant Signature Preferences

Users can now specify a participant’s preferred signature method, either in person or eSignature, for greater flexibility and clarity. This can be done from their user profile.

Upon selecting a preference this will display when generating an eSignature request so you don't miss it!

User Profile Enhancements

Users can now click to copy and paste elements within the user profile, making it easier to reuse and duplicate common settings.

Plan Notifications

Plan Notifications now include the option to notify based on the number of days before a key date, improving advance planning and service continuity.
