New NDIS Template - Request for a Replacement Support

We have now added the Request for Replacement Support NDIS Template to our NDIS Templates option form within a Participant's profile. This new template makes use of the Astalty placeholders in line with the other NDIS Templates.

We have now added the Request for Replacement Support NDIS Template to the NDIS Templates section of a Participant's profile. This new template uses Astalty placeholders in line with the other NDIS Templates. Read NDIS replacement support guidance for more information about this document.

Implementation Summary Update

We have updated the implementation summary to include the Participant's details. The summary now includes the Participant's full name and also their NDIS number.

Cancelled eSignature Update

Cancelled eSignature requests are now hidden by default. To view them, apply the status filter and select the 'cancelled' option.
