New NDIS Template - Request for a Replacement Support

We have now added the Request for Replacement Support NDIS Template to our NDIS Templates option form within a participants profile. This new template makes use of the Astalty placeholders in line with the other NDIS Templates.

New NDIS Template - Add Replacement Support

We have now added the Request for Replacement Support NDIS Template to our NDIS Templates option form within a participants profile. This new template makes use of the Astalty placeholders in line with the other NDIS Templates. You can find out more about this document from the NDIS website through this link here.

Implementation Summary Update

We have updated the implementation summary to include the participants details. The summary now includes the participants full name and also their NDIS number.

Cancelled eSignature Update

We have now updated the cancelled eSignature requests to now be hidden by default. To view cancelled eSignature requests simply apply the status filter and select the 'cancelled' option to see cancelled requests.
