Imports

The Imports page lets you bring your existing data into Astalty in bulk using CSV templates, instead of entering it by hand. Imports are only available to users with the Admin role.

Getting started

• Imports Overview — see every import run on your account, start a new one, and review the required import order.
• Fixing Import Rows — correct a failed row on the review screen of a Plan Managers, Organisations or Contacts import before you confirm it.
• Import Results — check how an import went, see why rows failed, and download the failed rows to fix and import again.

Available imports

Run your imports in this order:

• User Import — bulk create users, including Support Workers, team members, managers, and admins.
• Plan Managers Import — import Plan Managers and their invoicing details.
• Participant Import — import your Participants and their basic details.
• Contacts Import — import contacts and link them to Participants.
• Services Import — import unscheduled services, including remaining balances and funding schedules.
• Case Note Import — bulk import case notes for your Participants.
• Documents Import — request a bulk import of Participant documents.
• Sites Import — bulk create Sites with their address, site manager and tags. Doesn't depend on Participants, so it can be run any time after the User Import.
