The Directory is a central place in Astalty for managing all of your external contacts, organisations, and plan managers. It keeps essential information organised and easily accessible so your team can quickly find the details they need.
What's in the Directory?
Plan Managers
Plan Managers are external brokers or entities that handle invoice payments on behalf of Participants. You can store their invoicing details, contact information, and link them to the relevant Participants.
Organisations
Organisations include mainstream entities and specialised service providers your business works with. The Directory helps you track each Organisation's details and link them to Contacts.
Contacts
Contacts are individual people — whether they are stakeholders, family members, guardians, or professional contacts associated with your Participants. Each Contact can be linked to Participants and Organisations for quick reference.
