Forms
Astalty's Forms functionality lets you build custom online forms using a drag-and-drop editor, share them internally or externally, and collect the submissions in one place. Forms can have different usages — such as General, Participant Incident, or Staff Incident — and some options can't be changed after a form is created, so it's important to choose the right ones up front.
