Navigating Astalty
Overview
Astalty provides several ways to navigate to its features, settings and profiles. Some features or options may not be available to you due to your user role, user permissions or features that may not be enabled on your account.
Side Menu
This is your main menu giving you access to all the features, profiles and settings. From the Side Menu you can also access your User Account.
Side Menu Toggle
You can now choose to have it auto-hide (automatically expanding and collapsing to show minimal icons) or set it to stay permanently expanded or minimised, giving you more options for navigating Astalty the way you like.
If you prefer to disable the auto-close behaviour, simply toggle the new option in your User Account settings.
You can then control the sidebar’s open or closed state using the top toggle button or the CMD + B keyboard shortcut, putting you in full control of your workspace.
Top Menu
The Top Menu contains:
Side Menu Toggle (allowing you to minimise or expand the Side Menu,
Support,
the User Guide,
a button to Create a Task, and
Notifications.
Quick Action Menu
Access the Quick Action Menu using:
ctrl+k on PC, or
cmd+k on Mac
The Quick Action Menu can be accessed and controlled via inputs from your keyboard, letting you move anywhere within Astalty using only your keyboard.
With the Quick Action Menu, you can:
Keep track of your history of viewed participants,
Create a task directly from the menu, and
Access contextual pages based on the page you’re currently on.
