Affiliate Portal

The affiliate portal is under Billing > Referrals. Only the Account Owner can open Billing. The Referrals area is included on Professional and Premium accounts.

Join the Referral Program

1. Open Billing > Referrals.
2. Read the linked Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
3. Tick the acceptance checkbox and select Submit.

Astalty then creates a referral profile for the account. The Overview page shows the current tier, new customer credit, tax details and payment details. The reward and credit shown in the portal are the values that apply to that profile.

Share Your Referral

After accepting the terms, use Your Link & Coupon Code on the Overview page:

• Select the referral link or Copy to clipboard and send the link directly to the person you are referring.
• If a coupon code is shown, the new customer can enter it when they subscribe instead of registering through the link.

Follow the linked Affiliate Terms and Conditions when sharing. The portal specifically warns against publishing referral links publicly, including on Facebook.

Update Payment and Tax Details

Select Update on the Affiliate Profile card to change the Account Name, BSB or Account Number used for affiliate commission payments. These details do not change the bank account printed on Participant invoices.

The profile reads the ABN and GST registration status from Settings > Business. Update those business settings if the tax details are wrong.

Review Earnings and Products

Open Commissions to review Active Referrals, Unpaid Earnings, Total Earnings and the transaction history. The Products page is available only to tiered affiliate profiles and provides separate promotional links for active affiliate products.
