This Astalty Weekly Training Session centred around our Note Template, Information Items & Alerts functionality. We discussed all aspects of the note templates and where they are used within the software. We also discussed how to create information items and how to assign them within a participants profile and then how to create Alerts. Following the specified training we conducted an Ask Me Anything, where users asked questions about the difficulties they were having.
