2. Types of Leave Requests

  • Once-Off Leave
    • Single Day
    • Multiple Consecutive Days
  • Recurring Leave
    • Defined date range or ongoing
    • Repeat patterns (e.g. weekly)
  • Available Upon Request option

3. Creating Unavailability

  • Creating requests via User Profile
  • Creating requests within Scheduling
  • Required fields and finalising requests

4. Viewing Availability

  • Viewing within User Profile

  • Understanding coloured status tags
    • Red – Unavailable
