Integrations

Astalty connects to the tools you already use so you don't have to move data by hand. Each integration has its own page below covering what it does, how it works, and where to connect it.

Where integrations are connected

Integrations are connected in one of two places, depending on whether they apply to your whole organisation or to an individual user:

• Account-wide integrations — Xero, Employment Hero, and Pay Cat are connected from Settings → Integrations.
• Personal calendar integrations — Google Calendar and Outlook are connected by each user from their own profile → Integrations tab, so everyone links their own calendar.

Available integrations

Accounting

• Xero — a two-way integration that syncs invoices and payments automatically, and also drives Xero payroll.

Payroll

• Employment Hero — sync approved timesheet batches to payroll, map pay groups and cost codes, and sync approved leave.
• Pay Cat — sync approved timesheet batches to payroll, map pay groups and cost codes, and sync approved leave.

Calendar

• Google Calendar — a two-way calendar integration for viewing and syncing events, with Google Meet support.
• Outlook Calendar — a two-way calendar integration for viewing and syncing events, with Microsoft Teams support.
