This Astalty Weekly Training Session centred around the participant Onboarding Workflow. We discussed aspects of the software, starting from the referral functionality, to creating a participant profile from a referral form, to generating a service agreement utilising the custom templates functionality, and then getting that service agreement signed using the eSignature functionality. Following the Onboarding Workflow training we conducted an Ask Me Anything, where users asked questions about the difficulties they were having.
