Service Agreement Workflow
Use this workflow when you want the Participant's budget to fill the Schedule of Supports in a service agreement. You will create the budget, generate the agreement from a reusable template, review the document, store it as a Participant Record and send it for signature.
Creating a Budget
- Open the Participant's profile and select Budgets.
- Create an internal or external budget and add the items that belong in the Schedule of Supports.
- Review the dates, amounts and item descriptions before continuing. These details flow into the agreement.
The Budget Functionality guide explains budget types, items, funding periods, ratios and PDF exports. If you want Astalty to create a Service from the budget, review the eligibility rules in that guide before choosing Create Service.
Generate a Service Agreement Using Astalty Templates
Open the completed budget, select Actions, then select Generate Service Agreement. Choose a template with the Service Agreement usage type. Astalty uses the selected budget to fill the Schedule of Supports.
The Creating a Service Agreement guide covers the complete setup and generation process, including template placeholders and funding period details.
Edit and Finalise the Service Agreement
Review the generated document before you finalise it. Check the Participant details, Schedule of Supports, dates, amounts and agreement wording. After finalising, create a Participant Record so the agreement is stored on the Participant's profile.
See Participant Records for record types, expiry tracking and document history.
Sending for Signature
From the Participant Record, choose the signing option and add the signers. Review the recipients and message before you generate the request. Sending the request emails the signing link to the recipients you selected.
Use Requesting Signatures for the current signing steps, signer options and request statuses.
When everyone has signed, Astalty retrieves the completed document and updates the signature request. Check the Participant Record for the signed copy.
