Get a Job Application

get/public/v1/job-applications/{jobApplication}

Includes the candidate and the applicant's answer to each screening question, with whether it meets the requirement. screening_outcome is current: staff can re-score applications after editing a job post's screening questions, so it can differ from the outcome sent in the job_application.created webhook.
