Webhook Events

When something happens in Astalty, every webhook subscribed to that event receives a signed POST. The payload says what happened and to which record; fetch the record from the API for its current details. Subscribe through the API Dashboard or the Webhooks endpoints.

Event type	Triggered when
candidate.created	A candidate is added, by hand, through the API, or by applying to a job post for the first time.
candidate.updated	A candidate's details change, including when an existing candidate applies to another job post with new details.
feedback.created	A piece of feedback is submitted.
form_submission.created	A form is submitted.
incident.created	An incident is reported.
invoice_batch.created	A new invoice batch is created.
invoice_batch.finalised	An invoice batch is finalised.
job_application.created	A candidate submits an application to a job post.
job_post.closed	A job post is closed to new applications.
job_post.published	A job post is published and starts accepting applications.
participant.created	A new participant is created.
participant.updated	An existing participant is updated.
referral.created	A new referral is created.
task.created	A new task is created.
user.deactivated	A user is deactivated.
user.invite_accepted	An invited user accepts their invitation.
user.invited	A user is invited to your account.
user.restricted	A user is restricted.
