> Astalty updates released on 2 October 2025: Updated NDIA Template - NDIS Consent; Bug Fixes.

## Updated NDIA Template - NDIS Consent

The NDIA has recently updated their Consent form, and we've now rolled out the latest version in Astalty. This update includes several changes to the checkboxes, so you may notice some options look a little different when completing the form. These adjustments were made to align with the NDIA's new requirements.

If you experience any issues generating the updated form, please reach out via the Support button in Astalty or email us at <support@astalty.com.au>

## Bug Fixes

### Forms Navigation Fixed

We discovered a bug that was preventing the Forms navigation option from appearing in the Sidebar Menu for Managers and Team Members. This meant that these specific users relying on forms not tied to a specific Participant had no easy way to access them.

This issue has now been fixed, and the Forms option will correctly display in the Sidebar Menu for these user roles. Managers and Team Members can now access all relevant forms directly, whether or not they relate to a Participant, ensuring smoother workflows across your organisation.

### Import Template Examples Fix

A bug was identified in the Participant Import Template where the example values were not appearing under the correct column names. Though these examples usually make it easier, on this occasion it would've made it harder to know what information should go where.

This issue has now been fixed, with examples now displaying correctly under their relevant columns, making it clearer and easier to complete your Participant imports.
