## New NDIS Template - Request for a Replacement Support

We have now added the Request for Replacement Support NDIS Template to our NDIS Templates option form within a Participant's profile. This new template makes use of the Astalty placeholders in line with the other NDIS Templates.

## New NDIS Template - Add Replacement Support

We have now added the Request for Replacement Support NDIS Template to the NDIS Templates section of a Participant's profile. This new template uses Astalty placeholders in line with the other NDIS Templates. ## Implementation Summary Update

We have updated the implementation summary to include the Participant's details. The summary now includes the Participant's full name and also their NDIS number.

## Cancelled eSignature Update

Cancelled eSignature requests are now hidden by default. To view them, apply the status filter and select the 'cancelled' option.
