> Store day-to-day site information and documents Support Workers need on shift, like access codes.

Scheduling add-on - This feature requires the Scheduling add-on, which is available on Astalty Premium. See How to enable Scheduling.

## Site Information Items

### Overview

Site Information Items store practical information such as access instructions, a lockbox code, or a bin collection day. They appear on the Site's **Overview** tab. Their type controls whether the item is required, can have Documents, and is visible to eligible Support Workers.

### Information Item Types

Manage Site Information Types in [**Settings > Sites**](https://app.astalty.com.au/settings/sites).

- **Required** makes a missing placeholder appear on every Site without an item of that type.
- **Documents Allowed** permits an item to have uploaded or existing Site Documents attached.
- **Visible to Support Workers** permits mobile access for eligible Support Workers.
- **Default Content** pre-fills Details when the item is created.

See [Sites Settings](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/sites-settings#site-information-types).

### Viewing Information Items

Open a Site and remain on **Overview**. The Information Items card shows saved items and a placeholder for each missing required type. The labels show whether a type is Required or Visible to Support Workers.

### Adding an Information Item

Select **Add Item**, choose a type, then select **Add**. Astalty creates the item, using the type's Default Content if configured. Open the new item and select **Edit** to enter or change its Details and, when Documents are allowed, upload files or select existing Site Documents.

### Editing an Information Item

Open the item, select **Edit**, make the changes, then save. A non-required item can also be deleted. Deleting it detaches its Documents from the item but does not by itself delete the Site Documents. Required items cannot be deleted; update their Details instead.

### Support Worker Visibility

A Support Worker can retrieve an item only when its type is **Visible to Support Workers** and the worker has at least one assigned shift for that Site. The shift does not need to be in progress. The item is read-only on mobile.

### Information Items on Mobile

From an assigned shift, open its Site. Visible Information Items appear under **Information**. Select a row to open its full rich-text Details and attached Documents. The app does not create or edit Information Items.

## Site Documents

### Overview

The **Documents** tab stores general files associated with the Site.

### Uploading Documents

Open **Documents**, select **Upload Documents**, choose one or more files, and complete the upload. Categories and other available fields follow the provider's document configuration.

### Viewing and Downloading Documents

Select a Document to open it. From there you can view, download, email, archive or delete it, change its category, and see its audit history.

## Site Forms

### Overview

The **Forms** tab has two separate areas: Forms associated with the Site, and submissions made in Site context. Site Forms need the Forms feature on your account.

### Associating a Form

Under **Associated Forms**, select **Add Form**. In **Associate Form**, select a Form, then select **Associate**. Removing an association stops offering that Form from this Site; it does not delete the Form definition or its existing submissions.

### Viewing Submissions

**Form Submissions** lists Site submissions. Use search or the **Unread Submissions**, **Status**, and **Form** filters. Select a submission to view it, or select **Fill out Form** to complete a new one.

The form picker also offers [Register](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/registers/overview) forms. Filling one out from a Site creates its register entry and lists the submission here, so a Site's register submissions are easy to find without searching the register itself.

### Site Forms on Mobile

The shift's Forms screen lists eligible Site Forms under **Site Forms**, after Participant Forms and General Forms. Select one to see the Site and Form name, then select **Open Form** to continue in the portal using single sign-on.

Site Forms do not offer **Submit Exception**. That action applies to required Participant Forms.
