Scheduling add-on - This feature requires the Scheduling add-on, which is available on Astalty Premium. See How to enable Scheduling.

## Overview

Open **Schedule** in the app to review your upcoming supports and find incomplete shifts that need attention.

## Steps to View Your Calendar

1. On the bottom menu of the app, tap **Schedule**.
2. Use the arrows at the top of the page to move between weeks.
3. Select a day to view its scheduled supports.

## Seeing Who You Are Working With

Open a shift from **Schedule** or **Overview** and scroll to **Working With** in the shift details.

- Each co-worker is listed with the start and end time of their own shift. The times are shown in the shift's timezone.
- For a shift linked to an Activity, **Other Participants** lists the active Participants attending the same Activity Event who are not already on your Support or Group Support.

The section only includes active co-workers on published, non-cancelled work. It is hidden when nobody else is listed, and it does not appear on a cancelled shift.

## Calendar Indicators

- The current day is highlighted with blue text and a dashed border.
- A dot beneath the date indicates that you have one or more supports scheduled on that day.

## Additional Access via Overview

From **Overview**, you can also see:

- Today's shift workflow and your next upcoming shift.
- Under **Needs attention**, how many Participant Records still need your acknowledgement, and how many incomplete shifts have missing clock times, Travel During details, or a required support note.
- The notification bell and unread notification count.
- When your organisation uses the On-Call Roster, **On call now**, your **On call** period and **Remote work**. See [On Call in the Support Worker App](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/scheduling/support-worker-app/on-call-in-the-app).

## Changes to your Schedule - Push Notifications

The app can send notifications when a shift is assigned, unassigned, updated, cancelled, deleted, published, or available on the Shift Board. A notification with a destination opens the related shift or Shift Board entry.

When multiple shifts are published together, a single notification can summarise the shifts assigned to you.

See [App Notifications](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/scheduling/support-worker-app/app-notifications) for the full list.
