> Open your digital staff ID card in the Astalty app to show who you work for.

Scheduling add-on - This feature requires the Scheduling add-on, which is available on Astalty Premium. See How to enable Scheduling.

## Overview

Your ID card shows that you work for your organisation. Open it on your phone when you arrive at a Participant's home, a facility or a hospital and someone asks who you are with.

Your organisation chooses what the card shows. It can include your photo, your name, your job title, your start date, your reference numbers, and your organisation's name, logo, ABN, NDIS registration number and phone number.

## Open Your ID Card

1. Open the Astalty app and go to the **Profile** tab.
2. Select **ID Card**.

If you do not see **ID Card** on the **Profile** tab, your organisation has not turned the card on. Ask your manager or an Admin.

## Using Your Card Offline

The app keeps a copy of your card on your phone, so you can still show it without an internet connection. When the card comes from that copy, a **Last updated** time appears under it.

The copy lasts for up to 48 hours. After that, the app asks you to connect to the internet to refresh your card. Pull down on the card to refresh it at any time.

## Screenshots

While your card is open, the app asks your phone to block screenshots and screen recording. How well this works varies by device and operating system, and it cannot stop someone photographing your screen with another device.

## If Your Card Does Not Show

The message on the screen tells you what to do:

- **Your organisation needs a profile photo on your ID card.** Select **Add a profile photo** and add one. Your card appears once you have a photo.
- **Your ID card is not available.** Your organisation has not finished setting up the card, or has turned it off. Ask your manager or an Admin.
- **Connect to the internet to refresh your card.** Your phone has been offline for more than 48 hours, or the card has not loaded yet. Connect and pull down to refresh.
- **Your ID card couldn't be loaded.** Pull down on the card to try again.
- **Update the app to see your card.** Update the Astalty app from the App Store or Google Play.

Admins set up the card in **Settings**. See [ID Card Settings](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/settings/users-settings/id-card).
