> My Billable Hours is included on the **Professional** plan and above. **Admins**, **Managers** and **Team Members** can open it, and it only ever shows their own hours. **Support Workers** can't. There's no per-user setting for this report. Admins and Managers can see everyone's hours in the [Team Billable Hours Report](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/reports/team-billable-hours-report).

## Report Overview

The report breaks down your billable and unbillable time by day. It opens on the current week, Monday to Sunday, with totals for the period above the table.

The hours come from Tasks assigned to you, counted on the day each Task starts:

- **Billable** hours come from Tasks marked billable with a Participant: the quantity of their charges whose Charge Item is charged by the hour. Charges in other units, such as each or kilometres, add nothing.
- **Unbillable** hours come from Tasks not marked billable: the quantity of their hourly charges, or the Task's duration when it has no charges.

Shifts and supports aren't counted, because they aren't Tasks.

## Report Columns

When the report has Task data for the period, it includes a row for every day in the range, including days with no hours. If there is no Task data at all, it shows **No hours were recorded in this period** instead of a table of zero-hour rows.

### Day

The day of the week, shown in the **Date** column before the date.

### Date

The calendar date, in your organisation's timezone.

### Unbillable

The hours on the date that are not billable.

### Billable

The hours on the date that are billable.

### Target

The billable hours target for that day.

> **Daily target calculation**
>
> Astalty calculates your daily billable target based on your billable hours target set up on your profile. Astalty will assume a 5 day working week, so Saturday and Sunday have a target of 0.
>
> For example if you have a billable target for 30 hours, this will be shown as 6 hours per day.

### Variance

The difference between your billable hours for the day and the daily target.

### Total Hours

The total number of hours, both billable and unbillable, for the date. The column is headed **Total**.

### Date Range

Use **Date Range** to choose the period. Both end dates are included. Presets cover **Last** and **This** week, fortnight, month, quarter, year and financial year. The report has no other filters.
