# Reports Source: https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/reports > An overview of every report in the Astalty Reports menu, listed in the same groups the product uses, with who can see each group. [Reports](https://app.astalty.com.au/reports) let you monitor and analyse your data across Astalty. Every report in the Reports menu is listed here in the same groups the product uses, with a link to its guide. ## Finding a Report 1. From the left-hand menu, select **Reports**. 2. Click a report to open it. To narrow the list: - **Search reports** matches a report's name, its description, and common alternative names. For example, searching *sleepover* finds **Active Overnights**. - The tabs show **All Reports**, your **Favourites**, and one tab for each group you can see. - Click the star next to a report to add it to **Favourites**. ## Who Can Use Reports **Admins**, **Managers** and **Team Members** can open the Reports menu. **Support Workers** have no access to Reports. The menu lists only the reports you can open. Each report has its own permission and feature requirements, and a group appears only when you can open at least one report in it.
