Astalty connects to accounting, payroll, and calendar tools. The integration cards and actions you see depend on your account features, your selected payroll platform, and your permissions.

## Available integrations

### Accounting

- **[Xero](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/xero-integration)** - sends eligible invoices from Astalty to Xero and reads their Xero payments back into Astalty. It can also create payroll timesheets from Scheduling.
- **[MYOB](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/myob-integration)** - sends finalised invoices to a MYOB company file and brings payments recorded in MYOB back to Astalty. MYOB invoicing is in beta and enabled per account; contact Astalty Support to turn it on.

You invoice through one accounting platform at a time: connect Xero or MYOB, not both.

### Payroll

- **[Employment Hero](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/employment-hero)** - sends timesheet batches to payroll, maps pay groups and cost codes, and can sync approved leave.
- **[PayCat](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/paycat)** - uses the same payroll integration workflow with PayCat branding and the selected PayCat business.
- **[QuickBooks Payroll](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/quickbooks-payroll)** - uses the same payroll integration workflow with QuickBooks Payroll branding and the selected QuickBooks business.

### Calendar

- **[Google Calendar](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/google-calendar)** - a personal calendar connection for viewing and syncing events, with Google Meet support.
- **[Outlook Calendar](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/integrations/outlook-calendar)** - a personal calendar connection for viewing and syncing events, with Microsoft Teams support.

## Where integrations are connected

- **Account-wide integrations** - open **[Settings > Integrations](https://app.astalty.com.au/settings/integrations)**. Xero is shown there. The payroll card uses the platform chosen in Scheduling Settings. The MYOB card appears only when its account feature and access checks allow it.
- **Personal calendars** - each user connects Google Calendar or Outlook from their own **Profile > Integrations** tab.
