# Viewing All Form Submissions

## Overview

The [All Submissions](https://app.astalty.com.au/forms/submissions) page lists form submissions that you have permission to view, including incident report submissions. The incidents those reports create are managed in [Incidents](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/incidents).

Each row shows:

- **Form**
- **Submitted By**
- **Submitted At**
- **Last Viewed By**

Select any column heading to sort the list by that column. Select it again to reverse the order.

## Viewing a Submission

Click a submission to open its answers, associations, comments, submitted documents, and available actions.

## Filter Options

Use the search box or these filters to narrow the list:

- **Unread Submissions**: **Unread by me** or **Unread by everyone**.
- **Status**: **Active** or **Archived**.
- **Submitted By**: a Participant or team member.
- **Forms**: one or more forms.

Opening a submission marks it as viewed by you. The **Last Viewed By** column records the most recent viewer.
