## Exported Fields

- The Excel workbook includes:
  - Start Date
  - End Date
  - Team Member
  - Charge Item
  - Charge Item Number
  - Charge Item Name
  - Charge Item Quantity
  - Charge Item Unit
  - Unit Cost
  - Total Cost

The export includes billable Tasks associated with a Participant and groups their Charges by Team Member and Charge Item. A separate row is produced for each unit cost when costs are included.

**Unit Cost** is the saved Charge price where available, with the Charge Item's current price used as a fallback. **Total Cost** is the sum of the stored Charge totals for the group, with quantity, price and ratio used as a fallback when a stored total is unavailable. This means Total Cost does not always equal the displayed quantity multiplied by Unit Cost when ratios apply.

> **Unit Cost and Total Cost aren't showing**
>
> These columns appear only if you have Finance access.
