## Exported Fields

- The CSV file will include several important headings:
  - **Payment ID:** The unique identifier for each payment.
  - **Date:** The date of the payment.
  - **Payment Reference:** The reference number for the payment.
  - **Payment Type:** The method or type of payment.
  - **Payment Amount:** The total amount of the payment.
  - **Allocated Amount:** The total amount allocated from the payment across all invoices. This value is repeated for each allocation row from the same payment.
  - **Invoice:** The associated invoice number.
  - **Invoice Date:** The date when the invoice was issued.
  - **Amount:** The amount of this payment allocated to the invoice on this row.

The CSV contains one row per payment allocation, ordered with the newest payment first. A payment split across several invoices produces several rows. A payment with no allocations produces no row.
