The Flagged Notes Export produces a CSV of notes flagged by [Note Flagging](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/settings/note-flagging), including why each note was flagged and how the flag was assigned or resolved.

Only Admins can create this export.

## Finding the Flagged Notes Export

Open [Exports](https://app.astalty.com.au/exports), select **Create Export**, then select **Flagged Notes** under **Participants**. You can also open [Create Flagged Notes export](https://app.astalty.com.au/exports/create/flagged-notes).

## Configure the Export

Every filter is optional. With every field blank, the CSV contains all existing flags up to the time the export is requested.

### Date Range

**From** and **To** match the date and time when the note was flagged. The selected dates cover whole days in your organisation's timezone. Set only **To** to include flags up to that day. Set only **From** to include flags from that day through the time the export is requested.

The date shortcuts are **This week**, **Last week**, **Last month**, and **Last quarter**.

### Status and Note Source

- **Status** limits the CSV to **Open** or **Resolved** flags.
- **Note source** limits it to notes attached to a **Support** or a **Task**. Support includes individual and group supports.

### Flagged For

**Flagged for** selects the note checkers that raised the flags.

### Participants and Participant Tags

Select Participants, [Participant Tags](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/participants/profile/participant-tags), or both. The filters are combined, so a Participant matched directly or through any selected tag is included without duplicates. Archived Participants can be selected.

Selecting a Participant or tag also includes flags on notes written on any group support an included Participant attended. Those rows show **All Participants** in the **Participant** column, since the note isn't about one person.

### Authors and Assigned To

- **Authors** limits the export by who wrote the note.
- **Assigned to** limits it by the team member responsible for the flag.

Both fields include deactivated users.

### Search

**Search** matches text contained in the checker's matched value, the Participant's name, the Author's name, or the assignee's name. It does not search the full note content, and it won't match a group support note by a Participant's name - use **Participants** or **Participant Tags** instead.

If your organisation requires an export reason, complete **Reason**, then select **Create Export**.

## Downloading the Export

When the CSV is ready it appears on the [Exports](https://app.astalty.com.au/exports) page. Select **Download** to save it.

> **Export taking longer than expected?**
>
> All exports run in the background. If the export takes at least 20 seconds to become ready, Astalty also emails you. Download it from the Exports page.
