# Capacity Export

> Export each team member's billable capacity and the Services behind it, as shown on the Capacity report.

The Capacity export produces a CSV of each team member's billable capacity and the Services behind it - the downloadable version of the [Capacity Report](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/reports/capacity). Only Admins can create this export.

## Finding the Capacity export

Head to the [Exports](https://app.astalty.com.au/exports) page in Astalty. Click **Create Export** and select **Capacity** under the **Users** group, or go straight to [Create Capacity export](https://app.astalty.com.au/exports/create/capacity).

## Creating the export

The export produces one row per Service assigned to a team member, with their Billable Target and Billable Capacity repeated on each row. A team member with no assigned Services gets a single row.

Optionally narrow the export before generating it:

- **Select Team Members** - limit the export to specific team members.
- **Select Teams** - limit the export to specific Teams. This field appears when Teams are enabled.
- **Select Regions** - limit the export to specific Regions. This field appears when Regions are enabled. Select **Unassigned** to include team members with no Region.
- **Fallback to Primary Coordinator** - when a Service has no Service Coordinator, count it against the Participant's Primary Coordinator instead, matching the [Primary Coordinator Fallback](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/reports/capacity#primary-coordinator-fallback) setting on the report.

Enter a Reason if your account requires one, then click **Create Export**.

## Downloading the export

You'll be taken to the [Exports](https://app.astalty.com.au/exports) list, where you can click **Download** to save the file once it's ready. All exports run in the background. If the export takes at least 20 seconds to become ready, Astalty also emails you.

## Exported fields

| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **User ID**                  | The team member's unique ID.                                                                                                |
| **Name**                     | The team member's name.                                                                                                     |
| **Email**                    | The team member's email address.                                                                                            |
| **Billable Target**          | The team member's billable target.                                                                                          |
| **Billable Capacity**        | The hours the team member could bill each week, based on the funds and weeks remaining across their Participants' Services. |
| **Participant ID**           | The Participant's unique ID.                                                                                                |
| **Participant**              | The Participant's name.                                                                                                     |
| **Service**                  | The name of the Service.                                                                                                    |
| **Amount Remaining**         | The funding remaining in the Service.                                                                                       |
| **Hours Remaining**          | The hours remaining in the Service, based on the "Remaining Units" Charge Item selected when configuring the Service.       |
| **Weeks Remaining**          | The weeks remaining in the Participant's plan.                                                                              |
| **Hours Per Week Remaining** | Hours Remaining divided by Weeks Remaining.                                                                                 |
