# Dashboard

## Overview

The **Dashboard** summarises your work, your team and your finances. Open it when you want an overview before checking individual tasks or reports.

Return to it at any time by selecting [Dashboard](https://app.astalty.com.au/dashboard) at the top of the left-hand menu. Selecting **Dashboard** reopens the view you used last, if you still have access to it.

The Dashboard is for Admins and Managers. Team Members have no Dashboard access by default, Auditors don't see it, and Support Workers use the Astalty mobile app instead.

## Dashboard views

Switch views from the Dashboard's menu.

### Home

The [Home](https://app.astalty.com.au/dashboard/home) view shows your **Billable Hours** for the current week: your billable and unbillable hours for each day, and your total against your billable target.

### Finance

The [Finance](https://app.astalty.com.au/dashboard/finance) view needs access to the [Finance](https://docs.astalty.com.au/guide/finance) module.

- **Revenue** compares the value of charges so far this week, month or quarter against the same point in the last one. Choose the period under **Interval**. Draft charges aren't counted.
- **Revenue Breakdown** splits revenue on billable tasks by Charge Item, for the current and previous period.

### Team

The [Team](https://app.astalty.com.au/dashboard/team) view shows:

- **Team Hours** shows each team member's billable hours against their target for this week, with totals for this week and last week. If your account uses Teams, pick one under **Select a Team** to narrow the chart.
- **Participants** shows how many Participants are active, and how many commenced and ceased in each month.
