Funding Periods, Information Items Export & Bug Fixes

Funding Periods For Services Created From Budgets

You can now assign funding periods to a Service while creating it directly from a Budget, making the whole workflow smoother, smarter, and far more efficient.

For users who love to build out a Budget first and then generate the Service from it, this improvement removes a whole layer of double-handling. No more creating a Budget and a Service separately or re-entering data you’ve already calculated. Instead, the funding period you set can flow straight through, and the system will automatically transfer the total calculated Budget amount into the Service Budget Amount.

This means fewer clicks, less repetition, and a faster setup process — letting you move from planning to action with ease.

Information Items Export

Great news, the Information Items Export is now available across all paid subscription types!

This means more teams can easily pull detailed information out of the system for reporting, auditing, or record-keeping purposes without needing to rely on manual workarounds. Whether you’re tracking important participant details, reviewing data for compliance, or simply wanting clearer oversight, this export gives you the flexibility to organise and analyse your information your way.

It’s a small change with big convenience - making your data more accessible, more usable, and finally available to everyone who needs it.

Bug Fixes

Specific User Submitted Forms Access

Turns out a cheeky little bug tried to pull a Randall and sneak around the system, flashing an “Unauthorised” warning and preventing Admins whenever they tried to assign a specific user to view submitted forms. No need for the CDA or Mike Wazowski though - our engineers tracked it down, contained the chaos, and sent it packing through the nearest door.

Lite Users Task Board

It looks like Roz herself slipped into the system for a surprise inspection, blocking Lite users from accessing Tasks on the Task Board with stern “Unauthorised” warnings. Classic Roz… Poor Mike Wazowski couldn’t get through either.

But don’t worry! Our engineers gently reminded Roz that this wasn’t part of her paperwork duties and escorted her back to her desk. Everything’s now back in line and running smoothly again.
